Father of twin daughters, lover of all things irreverent, and the creative force behind Radio Fred, Andy has a background that spans acting, directing, writing and producing for film and theatre — his first true love.
Having travelled the world and worked in more roles than he cares to list, Andy brings an anarchic, easy-going style to his shows. Music from the 1940s to the present day, stories behind the songs, and conversations that drift wherever curiosity takes them — the show is always about the listener, the guest, and giving voices a global platform.
Lesley Anne Baker
The Wellness Show Presenter
With over 30 years in the global travel industry, Lesley Anne Baker has worked across every aspect of complex travel planning — from crafting luxury itineraries for discerning clients to managing global operations. Her career has taken her far and wide, giving her a deep understanding of not just logistics, but the experiences and moments that make journeys genuinely life-enriching.
That experience eventually led Lesley to a deeper calling. As the founder of Soulful Journeys, she now uses her knowledge, curiosity and empathy to help others slow down, reconnect and focus on genuine wellbeing and mindful connection — values that sit at the heart of everything she does.

Whether that makes him indecisive or endlessly curious is up for debate. Known for his sharp sense of humour and ability to get straight to the heart of the matter, Graham appears on your wireless as The Biz Coach, helping listeners explore what’s possible — with honesty and insight.

Maria Tjader is a regular presenter on Radio Fred and will be taking on the Female Symposium slot, bringing depth, reflection, and thoughtful conversation to the airwaves.
Living by the sea in the South of England, Maria draws inspiration from the sense of flow and connection that shapes both her life and work. She is passionate about creating space for meaningful dialogue — conversations that help people reconnect with their own wisdom, values, and inner strength.
